01— Project introduction
The rigid washing plants are designed for recycling post-consumer hard materials like bottles, injection waste, or rigid materials. POLYTEC systems produce uniform plastic flakes with high purity and low moisture level.

Complete Process Flow
Raw material feeding → Manual sorting conveyor for removal of PVC, large labels & bulky contaminants → Doubleshaft shredder for preshredding → Belt conveyor & metal separator → Prerinsing tank → PTC wet crusher for fine grinding → Floatsink washing tank for density separation → Hotfriction washing with autodosing system for degreasing & paint removal → Zigzag air sorter for label dust removal → Secondary floatsink rinsing → Highspeed centrifugal dewatering → Hotair screw drying → Clean plastic flakes discharging.
The obtained clean PP/HDPE flakes can be directly connected to pelletizing equipment, completing the full circular chain from waste plastic to highvalue recycled raw material.

Used to rinse materials, impurities with density greater than 1 gram / cubic centimeter are sunk to the bottom, and PP materials with density less than 1 gram / cubic centimeter are floating and discharged.

Hot&friction washer
Two counter-rotating agitator shafts with wear-resistant blades create intensive friction for flakes. The jacketed cylinder uses indirect steam heating to maintain 85~95°C. Automatic dosing & temperature sensors control lye concentration. Flakes stay inside 15–30 min for sufficient glue removal. Sludge settles at bottom and is discharged periodically. This unit is the core for food-grade rPET / HDPE flakes.
Auto chemcial dosing feeder:
This is a fully automatic dosing system that integrates chemical dissolution, maturation, and injection into one unit. The equipment controls the dosage based on the desired concentration of the chemical solution, automatically mixing, dissolving, and maturing the flocculant, which is then injected into the treated water via a dosing pump. This significantly simplifies the complexity of using flocculants, ensures an automatic and precise dosing process, and reduces chemical consumption.

Flakes sorting ,
blending and packing section
For high-grade HDPE flakes, automatic optical sorting system combines optical sorter, eddy current and pipe metal separator to remove contaminants. Together with on-line inspection, material blending and continuous weighing, it stabilizes HDPE flake quality. The vibration compaction packing system increases bulk density and lowers logistics cost.
