Single-Shaft Shredder — Applications
The P series single-shaft shredder is designed to handle a wide variety of post-industrial and post-consumer waste streams. Each application can be matched with a customized knife and screen configuration to deliver the right particle size for your downstream process:
  • Plastic — Plastic lump, plastic pipe, plastic sheet, PE film, PP woven bag, PET bottle, raffia, and twine
  • Wood — Wood pallet, wooden box, and timber residues
  • Paper Product — Waste paper and confidential documents
  • Scrap Metal — Circuit board, aluminum casing, copper, radiator, wire, cable, and WEEE
  • Mixed Waste — MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) and RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) production

The P series single-shaft shredder is purpose-built for small-to-medium material size reduction and waste recycling across a wide range of industries. With a low-speed, high-torque cutting action, it processes bulky feedstocks into uniform particle size — ready for downstream sorting, washing, or compounding.
Typical Applications
The P series handles a broad spectrum of materials, including plastic lumps and finished products, wood offcuts, paper waste, cardboard, and similar fibrous or rigid streams. It is widely deployed in plastics recycling plants, packaging manufacturers, paper mills, wood-product factories, and municipal solid-waste preprocessing lines.

Optional Hydraulic Pusher Ram
  • For hollow containers, bulky frames, and other oversized or low-density materials, an add-on pusher ram forces feed into the cutting chamber, preventing bridging and maintaining steady throughput where gravity feeding would stall.

  • Auto-reverse system — the moment the motor detects overload or material jam, the rotor automatically reverses to clear the obstruction, protecting the drive train and keeping uptime intact.
